BVLOS Operation & How To Get There

$0.00

Description

BVLOS flight requires a sense-and-avoid safety case prior to gaining approval from the FAA. In the last year, more methods have been granted for BVLOS operations in the form of waivers (emergency and routine) or exemptions than have been approved previously. Come to the Hive for a discussion on what mitigation strategies have been used to perform these operations in the past and discuss where we think the FAA is going with Remote ID (RID), Near–Term Approval Processes (NTAP), Exemptions and Waivers.
Time: 12pm- 1pm on 3/5/2024
